Graphic Design Brief

We need an updated image of our building (see file AtlantaSt-OriginalBuilding) with a similar feel to the example photos, specifically with these details:
-light creamy exterior paint color
-middle door needs to be removed
-gold framing around windows as seen in the White Bird example
-design around doors as seen in the jewelry example
-greenery on top third of building (will be behind the signs similar to McGee sign example).
-need two signs with gold lettering, one over each door (middle door should be eliminated). Signs can read: Silas Fine Arts and Jasper Books & Collectables.
-Put boxwoods in planters, which should look like Des Amis example

Our desire is for the artwork to have a realistic feel, like you're looking at a photo of what the space will look like with these changes. Building should have a sleek, updated feel with all these changes.
