Web Design Brief

We already have a website, and now we want to redesign the entire site, but we want the style to be similar to our original website and this website: https://londonalley.com/.
I have attached screenshots of this website for reference.

We need your help to design five pages that an original website should have: commercials, music video, narrative, roster, information. Not just the homepage.
Additionally, we do not want a one-page website.

We want users to instantly know who we are, what we do, and experience our aesthetic as soon as they land on our webpage.

Our information:
Radiance is a AAPI owned and operated production company based in Los Angeles and New York, working worldwide on music videos, commercials, narrative projects, and everything in between. So far this year we’ve been lucky enough to work on everything from a viral music video with Paul Rudd to an ANTA shoe spot with Knicks player Donte DiVincenzo.
