Logo Design Brief

Hello Antoneofull,
It is good to hear from you.
I am looking to get the original logo modernised, tidied up, and sharpened.
I am about to have a large sign made and the original file does not appear to be a vector graphic type that can be blown up without loosing definition. The logo is a bit blurry, and rough at the edges.
Can you please sharpen up the logo design, and create it in a vector format so that it can be blown up to any size?
I have attached the original files you provided.
Can you please let me know the cost to do this project.
