Logo Design Brief

I have the design I like. I just need text changed and for it to maybe look a bit better.

And I want one of the Rs in the logo to be backwards. And maybe add a flame to represent a forge in the center where the nails cross. Or the Rs back to back in that spot and the flame where the initials are now.
