Tattoo Design Brief

I would like a tattoo designed similar to the one attached. I don't really like the wolf off the shoulder on the tattoo, I'd prefer just an arm if possible?? and I potentially want it a little more realistic than this, but the realism is fine if that's what must be done.

I want it for the right sleeve.
