Logo Design Brief
Design a logo for a real estate company that will be launching in the next 12 months. The company will either be named : "Eppel Realty" or "Amy Eppel Realty" The family also operates a road construction company. There has been a thought of incorporating that into the logo somehow, possibly with a slogan of "your road to home" Possibly utilizing a road or path leading to a home. Open to all designs though. Open to any and all color schemes but particularly interested in a black and gold or black and silver scheme. Looking for a classic/classy look.

Started filling out information a week ago but did not actually make the purchase until a week later. I want to make sure I give designers enough time to review the project over the busy Holiday season. Please extend the project 10 days from today: December 24, 2023

Nice to have
- The logos with a road and a house/roof/something that looks like a house is the most eye catching for me.
Should not have
- No tall buildings, palm trees, I do not like ER together (sounds like a hospital)
