T-shirt Design Brief

I need a T-shirt design for a coastal fishing town. I would like a medium sized trolling/long lining fishing boat in the ocean with a halibut, black cod and salmon in the water. Add a few birds in the sky. Incorporate fishing hooks, flashers, & longline snap hook in the design as part of the boat or letters. For text I want "Ocean Hunter" above the image and "Neah Bay, WA" below the image.
