T-shirt Design Brief

I'm managing the Swiss Challenge Race Group. We need a new T-Shirt with long sleeves for the new Swiss Race BMX Challenge National T-Shirt for the year 2024. Attached the current shirt. We love the old shirt, but the design is not modern anymore. We love the Small Crosses, Colors have to be Red and White only. At the right and left side there must be the country Flag (this is the only requirements from the officals). Maybe a design with many white crosses on red background. We need the Words "Suisse" or "SUI".
The Australian Shirt (attached in green) has a very cool design, but it is typical for Australian, not Swiss. Also the GBR Shirt is very well received:
There is also a very interesting design from a Tshirt company: https://www.onlinecyclinggear.com/products/mens-swiss-alps-switzerland-short-sleeve-cycling-jersey?variant=37993233186983 but they us the colors blue which does not resonate with Switzerland.
Attached also the Swiss Elite T-Shirt, with a very simple Red/White design.
Please do not use any Bike or Pictograms on the shirt, just very simple and clever design in red and white.
