Hi, is there any element in the old logo should be kept or it can be changed? if the latter, how much change is allowed (ex. adding a graphical element, changing font, changing color) thanks!

The two R's in the middle should stay as I sent them. I will use the round blue pole in the center in four main colors, blue green yellow red. For the 4 different jobs our company does. red for food, green for agriculture, blue for industry and trade, yellow for retail. The text should be slightly shaded to make it look 3D. I also want the center circle and the amlem as a separate logo. You can make a nice change while keeping the essence of my logo. If you have your own design that is more beautiful, I would like to see it.
