Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our Appraisal company. My dad started it but I am now the managing partner. We have an additional partner who is also a woman (3 partners total). Our company is Appraisal Associates of Central Texas, LLC. We would like to possibly get the AACT within the design but not necessarily obvious at first. We do residential appraisals for banks, estates, realtors, etc. We were thinking blue/green for colors as they are known for trustworthiness, reliability, and calming. We want more clean looks but also creative and not the norm (most people have just a house outline). We also want something to symbolize the 3 partners.
