Logo Design Brief

Hello guys,

this year in april I will take over a family bakery company in Germany. The name is "Bäckerei Füchsel" (Bäckerei=bakery). The meaning of "Füchsel" is comparable with the animal fox. I attached the old logo.
What I want: a new, fresh and modern logo, not to complicated and ornate with a clear connection to a bakery.
I'm not 100% sure if I want to retain the fox in the logo. But I think it would be cool, because of the relation to my last name.
I also attached a picture of a fox and the lettering what I think is quit nice. I think thats the direction it should go.
The writing should be as you can see at the picture "cool new logo" namely "HANDERK & TRADITION AUS DER REGION"

Hallo Leute,

dieses Jahr im April werde ich eine Familienbäckerei in Deutschland übernehmen. Der Name ist "Bäckerei Füchsel". Die Bedeutung von "Füchsel" ist vergleichbar mit dem Tier Fuchs. Ich habe das alte Logo beigefügt.
Was ich möchte: ein neues, frisches und modernes Logo, nicht zu kompliziert und verschnörkelt aber mit einem klaren Bezug zu einer Bäckerei.
Ich bin mir nicht 100% sicher, ob ich den Fuchs im Logo beibehalten will. Aber ich denke, es wäre cool, wegen der Verbindung zu meinem Nachnamen.
Ich habe auch ein Bild von einem Fuchs und dem Schriftzug angehängt, was ich ganz nett finde. Ich denke, das ist die Richtung, in die es gehen sollte.
Der Schriftzug sollte wie auf dem Bild "cool new logo" sein und zwar "HANDERK & TRADITION AUS DER REGION"
