Logo Design Brief

I am starting my own private wealth management firm in Denver, CO called Onward Wealth Management. I pride myself on my relationships with my personal clients and want to build a better future for us all. I am looking for a couple versions of the similar logo, leaning towards classic professionalism, security and strength. I'd like a signature logo "Onward Wealth Management" next to the CUSTOM logo emblem design. I'd like the emblem design options to communicate financial safety and growth...also in the logo, create it with the initials OWM to somehow work with the stock market heading upwards as well as looking like moving onward to something bigger and better. But in that emblem. I’d like it to be one symbol similar to the attachments that almost secretly hide the OWM into one emblem. I've attached a BASIC logo idea with a color scheme I prefer, but i'd like the design to really standout for future branding.
