Flyer Design Brief

I want to design a double sided A4 colour flyer to describe our professional painting services for commercial and industrial buildings.

the list of services is as follows.

Painting to internal common areas, carparks and foyers
Painting to external facades
Carpark and loading dock linemarking and epoxy flooring
Non slip walkways for pedestrian and vehicle traffic
Speed humps, bollard installation.
Non structural building, maintenance and repairs.
