T-shirt Design Brief

I am looking to get a design for the back of our hoodies. Our company works in the event production industry, so lighting, PA, stages and Led screens. we want a creative design/image that represents what we do. An example is like the patch for sons of anarchy, it has a reaper with the eight ball etc, we are after a patch design for the entertainment industry.
