Logo Design Brief

I want to design a family coat of arms that encompasses the following hallmarks:

Rejecting Passivity
Accepting Responsibility
Leading Courageously
Expecting the Greater Rewards

It should incorporate icons/items that show: Biblical truth, self-discipline, excellence, integrity, courage, perseverance, loyalty, humility, purity, and honesty.

Such icons may include: Bible, swords, lion's head, shield, etc.

A banner at the bottom that says, in latin, "Will to Obey, Work to Do, Woman to Love." - Translated:
"Voluntatem ad obediendum, operandum ad faciendum, mulierem ad amandum."

It should also contain the name "Dougherty" somewhere on the crest.
