Are you a designer with a knack for turning complex concepts into visually captivating masterpieces? We have an exciting project that needs your unique talent! We're on the lookout for a creative designer to help us visualize our company's diverse career paths. Our organization offers a plethora of opportunities in project management, engineering, sales, and more. We want to showcase these pathways in a visually engaging manner to empower potential job candidates with a clear understanding of their advancement options within our company. Design must be flexible and able to be edited.

Check out the attached examples of the positions we'd like to include in this visualization (doc "inside sales" are correct positions). Your task will be to transform this information into a visually stunning representation that's both informative and inspiring.
This project is not just about design—it's about shaping the narrative of career growth and opportunity within our organization. Your creative input will play a vital role in helping us attract top talent and communicate our company's commitment to fostering professional development. Brand guidelines are also attached for reference. The document titled "nixon" demonstrates a badly done version of what we are trying to achieve. We want to denote multiple routes of advancement. You don't have to get the paths completely correct, you just need to show how it could be approached in a design. For example, A "submittal Specialist" could become a "project manager" but also could ascend to the role of "Industrial Estimator" if they want to move in that direction.
