Tattoo Design Brief

A beautiful mermaid design, in Sailor Jerry style, for male arm tattoo.
The position of the mermaid is as in the picture 1, but this picture is to be used as a reference for the position and posture of the mermaid only, not for the style of the drawing, which should not be cartoonish at all.
The mermaid is heading towards a chest at the bottom of the sea, overflowing with gold and precious gems.
The hair is black and wavy. See picture 2. Picture2 can also be used as a source of inspiration for general facial features.
She has an expression of joyful surprise: joy because she found the treasure. Joy and surprise for the abundance of it.
The arms are spread apart, but the elbows are quite close to the body, the hands thrown back to suit her feelings of joy and surprise.
I envision the mermaid with several tattoos, but I'll let the designer to decide whether or how they can be added to the design: she has a little heart tattoed over the left breast, an African queen tattooed on her right arm, a little rose tattoed under her right breast. The mermaid tattoos are in black ink only.
The tattoo design has a classic Sailor Jerry flavour, like in picture 3, and it's full of grace and sensuality.
