T-shirt Design Brief

I have a martial arts school (taekwondo). We require a "2024 competition team" t-shirt that we will use when we travel to tournaments.
I would like the design to have a "Canadian" feel with the logo incorporated somewhere in the design. I have several logo options included (note: the round badges are the most common ones that we use, the landscape version is next). I have no preference on which logo is used.
I want it to be visually interesting, but we would also like to avoid it being too busy.
T-shirt colors will be either Red or white
