T-shirt Design Brief

T-shirt for Thomas Enterprises (Staff).
This company runs a mechanic shop working on boats (I'll attach photos of specific boats), cars and heavy machinery. A construction company building houses and maint. around our fishing resorts. We are in Ketchikan, Alaska with a beautiful backdrop and ocean to our work. I would like something that represents all the choas that ensues around our place and the array of things that these employees do for us. They've been bugging me for some staff gear and since this is a "support" company for some of our other ventures, not a "face" company -- it would be nice to have something that they have some direct ownership to.
