Tattoo Design Brief

I need a tattoo design for my first bigger tattoo which i want to get on my left shoulder (size about 15 cm +). The motif should be the moon presence from the video game bloodborne. Only black ink will be used (on white skin). I would like a dynamic pose and maybe a moon in the background or in its hands if that would elevate the design. The art style should be rather detailed / realistic looking. This design is important to me because of the love i feel for this game and because i feel like the term moon presence captures my personality quite well. I am hoping to find some metal designs here from people that are way more creative than I am. Thank you.
