Character Design Brief

The name of our company is Veterans Mobile. Our mascots name is Sergeant mobile, and what we are looking for is a character to look like a drill Sergeant. His uniform is to be blue pants, black boots, drill Sergeant hat to be blue with Sergeant strips on the hat and his shirt is to be white with Veterans Mobile logo on his left pocket would be. He also should have dark sun glasses on.
