Logo Design Brief

I need a logo for my practice that should serve several purposes (suitable as a letterhead, stamp, business card and on foil, since my facade has a lot of glass elements and should be used to draw attention to me).

In principle, I already have a relatively concrete idea of what I would like:
I would like to have children doing gymnastics as a logo (see Word document) - because my job has a lot to do with exercise and I want it to be clear that I am a practice for children and young people. My workplace is colorful and important elements include swinging, climbing and balancing. Perceptions and touch also play an important role.

It can therefore be colorful and diverse. It should invite the children and parents to develop and learn with me.

The postures - if that's possible - shouldn't be harmful from a health perspective, as I also pay a lot of attention to ergonomics in my job.
Occupational therapy is a healthcare profession.

It would be nice to have a self-drawn logo or one that looks like that, as graphomotor skills (holding a pen, motivation to pick up a pen to paint or write) are often an issue in my work.

Professionally, I am social, empathetic and I recognize opportunities for help and support.
