Logo Design Brief

Alpengaststätte Saletalm would like to have the logo modernized. I am sending a picture of it in the attachment. It should be simplified but the basic form should remain the same because it looks like the current logo. It is used for embroidery and menus.
I'm also attaching a picture of what it really looks like there.
