Do you want the entire sentences to be placed on your info graphics? Usually infographics are designed with symbols and minimal text so it would not make much sense to place the sentences on your info graphics. What you think about creating motion graphics or (animated info graphics) for your youtube channel use, that will make much sence because you could use voiceover and animated graphics, charts etc... Thats what most of the companies are doing nowadays. After I read your script (it's perfect for motion graphics) just want to give you some suggestion. You welcome to ask me more questions regarding that.
