Graphic Design Brief

Real estate agent. I am starting a new facet of my business with 3% listings. My company is called "White Star Realty". I would like a new logo that will appear on real estate yard signs, website, and businesses card. The center or the main focal point should be 3%. and should be large and the attention getter. I would prefer a white star or and my company name "white star realty. " I attach some vague notion of an a rudimentary idea but I am not married to it. Would prefer red lettering, blue star outine & graphics, with white interior. Not mandatory. Open to ideas.
