Logo Design Brief

I'm a small business owner and sole proprietor of a mobile notary and loan signing agent business. I work with mortgage lenders, real estate escrow officers, title company, or other notary signing services, and play a crucial role in the mortgage loan closing process as well as performing general notary work as a mobile notary. I'm located in a community called Rolling Hills, located in the South Bay in Southern California. I would like to see designs that communicate a sense of community, confidentiality, trust, and service in the real estate realm. I tend to like designs that are modern, simple, not cartoony, Black and white, neutral or earth tone colors.
