Logo Design Brief

I would like to have a logo designed for my new business based in Tasmania, but serving customers across Australia. The business is to provide executive advisory and consulting services, with a major focus on energy businesses, including network service providers, renewable projects, asset owners. A major focus is the energy transition within Australian. Advice to government departments and local councils and communities is also possible.
The name of the business was founded with engagement with my children, whose initials form part of the NJM.

• The NJM needs to be highlighted and a central component of the logo.

Nice to have

• Due to the alignment with the renewable energy and utiliities, I feel like it would be good to have a colour scheme that aligns. My clients vary between those responsible for assets and engineering functions, to those responsible for business strategy, stakeholder and community engagement. They tend to be a wide range of approaches to business; conservative and traditional through to colourful and agile. The industry I work in also tends to be very male dominated, so I feel that it would be good to bring colour that is associated with strong and successful women (no pink).
