Logo Design Brief
We are an optical frame company that has worked with a company out of Portugal to design our own custom eyeglass frames. My business partner and I have been friends since we were 8 years old, and we both grew up on a street named Payte Lane, which is why we named our frame collection after the street. At one time we were looking at a logo to put on the frames and cases for glasses that looked similar to the street sign, but we would like to look at different options. My partner lived at the top of the street, as it is on a long hill, and I grew up on the bottom, so if there is anyway to incorporate that aspect in the logo that would be great.
Updates
After some initial designs, we think we would like to move away from the straight stree sign concept, and if there is a way for the P in Payte, and L in Lane, be combined together in one type of logo, then have the rest of each name after those first letters, that way there are only the two words in total, and not a logo on top, with the full Payte Lane name beneath or after the logo. If it can be squared off, to look like a street sign, that might work, but does not have to have the rectangle border around it like a sign.
