Logo Design Brief

We are starting a new IT company in the summer of 2024. The new company will be active in the field of data management, e-commerce, software development, platform development, etc. The name of the company will be CODATA. The slogan (to be included in the logo) is "data driven solutions". The term DATA stands for data. The term CO refers to various concepts such as networking, collaboration, content, communication, consulting, etc. Among other things, we would like to have an orca in the logo. The orca stands for communication, collaboration and intelligence and fits the new business purpose. The orca in the logo should take some of the "hardness" out of the term and support it. The killer whale should be fragmented (in relation to the data question elements) and have a kind of "motion design" (see example below, but it doesn't have to be exactly like this). The font and colors have not been finalized yet.
