Skull and cross bones theme, pipe wrenches instead of bones. Skull holding a plunger in his teeth sideways. Sunglasses. Smiling/grinning. Preferably single color. “Noahs” arching above, “Plumbing” arching below(framing in the logo). Not overly detailed, something clean enough that can also be used as a spray paint stencil. Cartoon/silly/not angry/scary.
