T-shirt Design Brief
We need a design to print on merchandise such as t-shirts and coffee mugs to be sold at a school reunion festival. The festival is an opportunity for all previous students of this small Kindergarten to Year 6 school to visit the school and reminisce about their time here. Changes to the local area may soon cause the school to close but we want to focus on the journey that the school has taken so far. The merchandise sales will help to pay for the festival activities like jumping castles, food trucks and live entertainment.
Attached is a copy of the official school logo which is the property of the state education department. We would like to see designs that incorporate the dark green color of the tree from that logo in the design as this is our school color.
Also attached is a map with a red line showing the streets between where the school was first established to where it is now located and a blue line highlighting the Nepean river that flows past both locations. We would like to incorporate these lines in the design but perhaps with a dark green colored line instead of the red color.
Our school song sings about our location being "by Nepean stream and the cool green hills" and incorporates the school motto by singing that "we'll do today's work for tomorrow".
