T-shirt Design Brief

I need a tee-shirt design. The design needs to be 2 colors - black and white. The designs should be shown on a blue background. I have attached a drawing to help. The design is a dog relaxing on a lounge chair that is floating on a wave in the water. The dog should not be too cartoonish but does not have to be a real dog.
