Tattoo Design Brief

I’ve got this shoulder trinity with all my family’s initials, but I want to add my wife and daughter outside of it in some way. My wife’s initials are LSM and my daughters are MAM. I’d like there to be cherry blossoms around the outside and a rising sun above the shoulder with sun-rays going up my traps.
