Logo Design Brief

Looking for a Brand that will be used to stick on certain things that some creates. Want to have a Logo that incorporates the Horse named Pokey from the Gumby Show & a Welding helmet. With Pokey Built on the Logo. I attached very rough idea of what all needs to be incorporated into it. Also attached a photo of what the horse is and what the welding helmets kind of look like.
