Think 3ft wide, 10 ft tall (ish)
The key piece is "Fairbanks Apartments", and the "FA"... the other pieces can be removed.

Please re-read the posted guidance... we already have the basic logo, and need to have a vertical version aprox 3ft wide by 10-12ft tall....try different ways to make this work, but thus far we have had no entry come close to the needed adjustments. As this is for a sign, readability of the words matters.
