Your brief is not clear.
1 - Regarding the attached - Is this the old logo?
I dont think so - The birds are different.

2 - If this size is based ON the old logo (I assume it is)- and you have a new boat -
Is the logo area as set out in the PDF? (I assume it is not)

3 - Your document is PASSWORD LOCKED - so I can only look at it - I cannot extract the images from it.
(If you want to use these images - we need the original art.
These images in this document are too low a quality. Okay to look at. Not okay to print.
This job cannot include NEW illustration work also.

4 - I would not recommend a Roman "II" in your scripty hand written font - is is not appropriate (not good design)
So it will be a "2".

You are correct the birds are different but that is the logos used on my boat. The size will change as the boat is larger so the final file will be adapted. Not sure what NEW illustration refers to. I like the look of the old logo plus a butterfly but doesn’t have to be exact. Open to other ideas. Like the 2 instead of II. I like the bird with the seahorse the best
