If you don't want to increase the budget, please REMOVE "Coding Required". This will give you maximum design results. Please remember, not all designers have coding skills, even if they accept that as a condition of submission. Believe me, you don't want to be disappointed, right?
Ask the designer for the FIGMA file to make it easier for you to develop the code for your programmer.
