T-shirt Design Brief

We are an Australian apparel business named Mullet Mayhem, and we've partnered with a charity to co-host a mullet hairstyle competition. Our main clientele is the "bogan" lifestyle. We need a bold, black and white T-shirt design for the event. The shirt will be black, requiring a design with strong contrast. The mullet hairstyle should be the focal point, with short hair at the front and a long, fluffy mullet at the back ideally throwing his hair around like shaking his mullet, The event name "Mullet Mania" should be prominent in larger letters, with "KRT or King River Tavern" in smaller text. We want the design to be fun. Optionally, include the attached character, styled appropriately. Also optional are a 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place podium and other characters representing the categories: best child's mullet, Ladies Mullet, Ranga mullet, and OG mullet.
