PowerPoint Design Brief

We are looking for a custom powerpoint template to use both internally and externally with clients and during trainings/presentations. Our customers/clients often include a lot of government agencies, and we specialize in forensics, biometrics, and identity intelligence.
Requirements:
• Title slide
• Section slide
• Title and content slide
• Every slide branded
• Every slide (other than title) includes slide number (x of y), title, and date
• Modern-looking but conservative
• Visually appealing
• Source Sans Pro font
• Call out boxes

The circle in our logo does not signify or mean anything in any way, but we also don't mind it being used as a design element. We also like pulling the blue to red gradient.
Ideally we do not want to use any images of people, but iconography is likely okay.
