Logo Design Brief

Hi, I am looking for someone to create the perfect logo for my online fat loss program. It is called 'Operation Lean' as this conveys two things. 1: The purpose of the program is to get lean by burning fat and building muscle and 2. It is an operation, like a military style operation that requires precise planning and data analysis. There will be a theme in the branding that conveys this military style approach.

I want the logo to be able to convey this combination somehow (but please do not make it too masculine or aggressive, as it needs to appeal to all).

I have created an initial logo myself but I am looking for something more professional and creative, but please use it as a starting point (sporty italic letters and minimal design).

I want to use the colour ddff00 as the main colour theme. It can be contrasted against a dark grey.

I also need to have a square logo as a separate part of the logo as I will be looking to use it as an app tile. This means that on top of the main logo I will need it to be able to be a standalone logo as a symbol (could be the initials OL or ideally a separate symbol that you have come up with that conveys the brand).
