Banner Ad Design Brief

I need an animated banner ad for my novel Pescadero (see attached cover). Would like to show girl in grass, with slight waving of grass. To the right these words on dark background: A Midwestern girl adrift in a new town becomes engulfed in the struggles of two migrant brothers separated by an implacable border. Somewhere the title Pescadero should appear in the font used on the book cover. Will run in Publishers Weekly. Specs are: Unit measurement Pixels (WxH): 728x90
