Logo Design Brief

I have a coaching company called New Frontier University. It is a sister brand from my law firm (New Frontier Immigration Law) and nonprofit (New Frontier Foundation). At New Frontier University, we coach other immigration law firm owners and their employees how to run their law firms and do legal work. We are in the USA, and most of our clients are in the USA. I like Navy Blue and Black together, but I'm open to seeing more color in this design than the others! I would like this to appear RELATED, but not totally identical to our other two logos. Definitely want them to feel like the same parent company. I like the square around it and I don't want it to be cheesy with a laptop; maybe a lightbulb made of tiny pieces of fragments to symbolize innovation and our collective contribution. I really like hummingbirds, as they symbolize freedom and self reliance.
