The name "River Pig" is a playful nod to the fishing community's slang for catching a "PIG" or a "HOG" – terms used to describe the thrill of reeling in a big, fat fish. Our brand aims to capture that excitement and bring it to life through our products and visual identity.
Product Line and Market Positioning: We specialize in eco-friendly fly fishing products, catering to consumers directly as well as through retail channels. Our target market primarily consists of males aged 25-64, a demographic known for its passion for fly fishing and appreciation for high-quality gear. Despite our professional approach, we want our brand to stand out with a bold, modern, and adventurous aesthetic that contrasts with the traditional look of existing brands in this space.
