Logo Design Brief

I need a logo designed for a new company called Fan Congress. It is a platform for sports fans to debate and vote on the top issues regarding the teams and leagues they care about.

I am hoping to get a logo that signifies fans debating in a congress or colliseum setting. Sports fans pride themselves on their "takes" and I am hoping to show this as battle/debate of takes from fans in a setting similar to formal government.
