Logo Design Brief

I am starting a new brand name "The Humble Standard". The objective is to play off the work "Humble" as it is my last name. There will be two businessed that will fall under this brand:

1. A short term vacation rental business
2. A luxury travel services business

The vibe is to exude class, sophistication, humility, comfort and trust accross both businesses. I would like a logo that is scalable to both businesses, with perhaps a subtitle to differentiate of a separate "icon". I would like to start with a logo, inclusive of fonts and colors that could become the brand style guide that will be used to create a website, print materials and other artifacts the business will need.
