I did not like the designs unfortunately.

There were quite a few typos in the referral pad along with the drawings of the referral pad not being crisp and clear. There were no pediatric tooth numberings either. In addition, the incorrect web address was used oralsurgicalinstitute.com

For the notepad, the watermark should be centered, I unfortunately did not like that design either.
