Logo Design Brief

We need a logo for our company of growing cannabis solution "Pure grinding". We have 15 years of work behind us and are able today to open our 1st company in Malta.
The cannabis doesn't have to be on the logo or only in a subtle way.
We would like the spirit of the eagle as you can see with the images we choose. We would like a logo and a writing with a spirit of strength, passion in our job. The color should tend towards gold and dark green. But we are open to any inspiration.
