Logo Design Brief

After purchasing a existing crash repair business 6months ago and making the required changes operationally, its now time to give the business a new name, logo, and color scheme.
The new business name is 'Burnie Collision Centre' and based in the small city of Burnie, Tasmania.
The logo needs to be modern and professional, and not traditional or rustic.
I like a background color of matt black or dark grey, and like logo colors of grey,blue,white,black, but am open minded to the right design :)
