Logo Design Brief

I need a new logo. I'm combining several businesses into one company. I would like a new logo that looks similar to my old one but with modern updates. The colors must be the same. I think the font should be the same or similar. I have attached the old logos below for reference. Note: I don't like the International Logo. I feel the text is in consistent in size.
