Logo Design Brief

I'd like a new logo made please for our diesel business. Attached is a logo that I Had made up by design.com but the changes I asked for they cant do. Logo is attached. Instead of the excavator I'd like a drop dek trailer with truck with an excavator on the trailer. Would be good if the logo was wider than taller as it will be used to put on hats.
